If you do not have an account yet
You can choose your Welcome Offer before completing registration.
Go to the Heart Bingo Welcome promos page.
Click Promos.
Choose your Welcome Offer and read the terms and conditions.
Select Create your account.
Enter your details.
Add a bonus code if you have one and select Apply, or choose Opt in.
Tick the box in the pop-up and select Accept.
Set your deposit limit.
Note: You may be asked to verify your account after setting your deposit limit.
If you already have an account but did not claim an offer
Follow the same steps listed above to access the Welcome Offers page:
Log out → go to Promos → choose your promotion → read the terms and conditions → Select Opt in to confirm your choice.
Note:
If you already opted in but the offer does not appear in your account, contact us through Message us and include the 4‑digit Reference Code shown at the end of the offer’s terms and conditions.
If you have already opted in
You can check the status of your Welcome Offer in your account.
Go to Promos.
Your Welcome Offer will show as In progress.
Select the offer to confirm that Step 1: Opt in is complete.
Complete any remaining steps shown.
Important:
• Welcome Offers may change over time.
• Always read the terms and conditions.
• If any required step is missed, the offer will not be awarded.
• These steps apply to all Welcome promos.
