How to opt in
If you already have a Heart Bingo account:
Log in to your Heart Bingo account.
Go to Promos.
Find your Welcome Offer. It will show a New Customer label in the top right corner, along with the opt in requirement and the number of days you have to claim it.
Select the offer you want to claim.
Read the terms and conditions carefully.
Select Opt in to confirm your choice.
If you have not deposited yet, you will be prompted to make a deposit. This is a quick step that helps you stay in control of your spending. For more on managing your limits, see Your complete guide to Deposit Limits.
To confirm your opt in was successful, the label on the promotion will change to In progress.
Note:
Any action taken before opting in will not count towards qualifying.
Only one Welcome Offer per customer.
If any required step is missed, the offer will not be awarded.
What to check before qualifying
Each promotion has a What you need to do section in its terms and conditions. Read it carefully to make sure your reward is awarded.
Common requirements include:
Making a qualifying deposit in a single transaction.
Playing only the eligible games listed.
Completing all steps within the promotion's time limit.
Waiting for the reward to be credited (instantly, after a set time, or when the promotion ends).
Where to find your bonus or reward
Rewards appear in different places depending on the type.

Bingo Tickets value
The value of Bingo Tickets remains the same regardless of the room you use them in.
You can use your tickets in Bingo rooms with ticket values of up to 10p.
Example:
If you select a 10p room, your tickets can be used as normal.
If you select a 5p room, you will still use 10p tickets.

If you do not have an account yet
You can opt in to your Welcome Offer during registration.
Go to the Heart Bingo Promos page.
Select a Welcome Offer.
Read the terms and conditions.
Click Create your account and follow the steps to register. Your Welcome Offer opt in is included as part of registration.
