Bingo rooms
When you enter a bingo room, you’ll see several sections that help you follow the game, check key information, and get ready for the next round. Each part of the screen has a specific purpose, whether you’re playing on desktop or the app.

Bingo room overview
Section 1: Click the burger menu to access the main options, including Lobby, Pre-buy, Promotions, Enter bonus code, My tickets, Help, and Leave room. You can also toggle the sound at the bottom.
Section 2: This is the mini‑game section, where you can browse and play any available game while staying inside the bingo room. You can use the search bar to find a specific title or click one of the categories to choose from the listed options.
Section 3: On the right side, you can open the chat panel to interact with other players and the Chat Moderator (CM).
Section 4: In the top‑right corner, you’ll see your account section, including your current balance and profile icon.

Section 1: You will find the Game Info panel. Just click it to display the information, which may vary depending on the game.
Section 2: Here you will see the name of the game, and just below it the prizes for the 1st Line and the Total Prize.
Section 3: You will see the number of players (e.g. 50), the current stake (£1.20), and the number of tickets you have purchased along with the maximum you can buy (e.g. 12/60). It also shows whether you can use Free Tickets (if you have any available) and the Arena of the Gods status. At the end, you will see the Game ID.
Section 4: Here you can check the game progress and the latest called numbers.
1TG (One To Go) shows how many tickets are one number away from getting Bingo.
2TG (Two To Go) shows how many tickets are two numbers away from getting Bingo.
CALL displays how many numbers have been called so far out of the total (for example, 5/90).
On the right, you will see the most recently called balls, shown from the newest to the oldest.
Section 5: It shows the countdown to the next game.
The timer shows how long you need to wait before the next round starts (e.g. 4:59 mins).
You can also click Buy Tickets For The Next Game to purchase tickets in advance.
If you have Free Tickets available, the amount will be displayed on the right (e.g. 88 free tickets available).

Section 4: It lets you switch between different ticket views so you can choose how they are displayed.

While a game is in progress, a pop‑up will appear so you can join the chat or you can play slots and games.

How to buy Bingo tickets

Section 1: Use the toggle at the top to choose between funds or Free Tickets (FT).
Section 2: Below that, you’ll see the upcoming game details such as name, date, time, players, seats, and prize.
Section 3: The screen also shows the cost of one ticket. In this example, each ticket costs £0.10.
Section 4: Choose how many tickets you want to buy using the slider or by selecting one of the pre-set amounts (15, 30, 45, or Max).
Section 5: At the bottom, you’ll find the countdown to the next game and the Buy Tickets button, which you can click to confirm your purchase. If you have Free Tickets available, their total amount is displayed on the right.
Finally, a confirmation pop‑up will appear so you can review and confirm your purchase.

Click Buy Tickets, this will take you directly to the ticket‑purchase section.
Choose how many tickets you want to buy using the slider or by selecting one of the pre‑set amounts.
Click Buy Tickets to confirm your purchase.
A pop‑up window will appear so you can check and confirm the details of your purchase.
After completing the transaction, a message will display the number of tickets bought, the total amount paid, and the Game ID.
Wait for the game to start.
How to pre-buy tickets

Click on Bingo.
Go into any bingo room.
Then click on the Pre-Buy icon.
This takes you to the Pre-Buy page.

Section 1: With the drop‑down menu, you can select the room you want to play in and the session time.
Section 2: You will find a filter, a direct button for FT, and the option to choose between All Rooms or 90 Ball Rooms.
Section 3: Once you’ve selected the session and the tickets, you’ll see them in the checkout. Click Purchase if everything is correct, or Clear All to remove your selection.

Pre-buy main panel
Section 1: With the drop‑down menu, you can select the room you want to play in and the session time.
Section 2: You will find a filter, a direct button for FT, and 90 Ball Rooms.
Section 3: Once you’ve selected the session and the tickets, you’ll see them in the checkout. Click Go to Checkout.
Section 4: If everything is correct, click Complete Purchase or Clear All to remove your selection.
How to use Free Tickets (FT)

How to find Free Tickets (FT)

Click on Bingo.
Go into any bingo room.
Then click on the Lobby icon.
This takes you to the Lobby.
There are only certain games that show the purple FT icon.
Enter an eligible bingo room.
The FT will appear at the bottom of the page.
Then, a notification will appear showing the game terms.
Click Accept.
How to buy Free Tickets (FT)

To use your Free Tickets (FT), simply select the FT toggle at the top. The rest of the process is the same as the regular ticket purchase: choose how many tickets you want and click Buy Tickets before sales close.
This screen asks you to confirm that you’re using a Free Ticket (FT). You can cancel or confirm before sales close.
After completing the purchase, a message will appear confirming the number of tickets bought, the total amount, and the Game ID.
Wait for the game to start.

Click the FT button, and choose how many tickets you want to buy using the slider or by selecting one of the pre‑set amounts.
Click Use Tickets to confirm your purchase.
A pop‑up window will appear so you can review and confirm the details of your purchase.Check the confirmation message.
After the transaction is completed, you’ll see a message displaying the number of free tickets used, the total amount paid, and the Game ID.
Wait for the game to start.
Cash Cubes Bingo
How the bonuses work in the Cash Cubes Bingo Room
Enter the Cash Cubes Bingo Room.
While playing in this room, players can receive two types of rewards:Access Cash Cube Slots as a side game.
This game appears as an additional option within the same bingo room.Check your bonuses in the Bonus Centre.
The Other Bonuses section displays any free spins earned.
The Bingo Bonuses section shows the free tickets available.

The Profile icon is located in the top-right corner of the bingo room.
Select Bet History.
Use the calendar to choose the day you want to review.
Tap the game you want more information about.
Here you’ll be able to see the Game Date, Bet Status, Game ID, Stake and Win.
To view the full details of a Game ID, click the arrow next to it. This will open a page showing all game information, including tickets, stakes, prizes, and winning numbers.

Once you are in the Lobby, tap the icon at the top right, next to your balance.
Select Bet History.
Use the calendar to choose the day you want to review.
Tap the game you want more information about.
Here you’ll be able to see the Game Date, Bet Status, Stake and Win.
Important: you won’t be able to access the full game details.
To view the complete information, you will need to use a desktop.
