How do I buy Bingo cards or tickets?
You can:
Select individual cards in the Bingo room if you want to choose specific cards.
Select Buy Tickets.
Use Pre-buy to purchase tickets in bulk.
Where can I see the tickets I’ve bought for future games?
Select Pre-buy from any Bingo room and then open My Tickets.
You can filter your tickets using the room and time drop-down menus. Make sure you select All if you want to see all your tickets.
What happens if I purchase cards or tickets and then get disconnected?
The game will continue regardless of your connection status.
If one of your tickets wins, the winnings will be credited to your account.

How do Bingo jackpots work?
Jackpots are only paid when the relevant winning condition is met. For example, a Full House may need to be completed within a specified number of ball calls.
