Important:
*Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours. Once released, your funds should reach you within 1–3 working days (UK banks), depending on your bank's timeframe.
Note: Withdrawals requested on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday, once banks are open.

How to withdraw

Click on My Account from the top menu.
Tap on withdraw.
Select the bank transfer icon.
Enter the amount.
Choose your Country and Currency from the dropdown menu.
Enter your bank details.
Click Withdraw to complete the process.
All done! We’re processing your withdrawal now.
Important:
Payment methods should be in your own name. Corporate or business accounts aren’t accepted, even if in your name.
Make sure your account is verified.
Approvals can take up to 24 hours while we complete our security and compliance checks.
