Processing time
Bank transfer withdrawals are free of charge. Funds usually reach your bank account within 1–3 working days.
Note: Withdrawals requested on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, once banks reopen.

Before withdrawing by bank transfer
Please make sure that:
The bank account is registered in your own name.
Your bank account details are correct.
The details on your bank account match the details registered on your Heart Bingo.
Your Heart Bingo account has been verified, if requested.

Click on My Account from the top menu.
Tap on Withdraw.
Select the Bank Transfer icon.
Choose your Country and Currency from the dropdown menu.
Enter your bank details.
Click Withdraw to complete the process.
