Processing times
Google Pay deposits are usually processed instantly.
Google Pay withdrawal requests are usually reviewed within 24 hours. If verification documents, additional information or further security or compliance checks are required, the review may take longer.
Once your withdrawal has been approved and released, the funds should reach your account within 1–3 working days, depending on your bank.

Before using Google Pay
Please make sure that:
Google Wallet is installed on your device.
You have added an accepted payment card to Google Wallet.
The payment card is registered in your own name.
The details on your payment method match the details registered on your Heart Bingo account.
Your account has been verified, if requested.
If your transaction is unsuccessful, check that your device and payment card support Google Pay. You can also try another payment method or Message Us.

From the top menu, click on Deposit.
Select the Google Pay icon.
Enter the amount.
Click Pay to complete the process.

Select the Google Pay icon.
Make sure you are using the correct card.
Enter the amount.
Click Withdraw to complete the process.
