Note:
Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours while we complete our security and compliance checks. Once released, your funds should reach you within 1–3 working days, depending on your bank's timeframe.
Bank transfer withdrawals requested on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday, once banks are open.
If your balance is less than £5 but equal to or greater than £1, you can still withdraw your funds by contacting our Customer Services Team.
Balances below £1 cannot be processed. A reasonable processing fee may apply.

Payment methods should be in your own name.
Make sure your account is verified.
Some online banks aren’t supported yet, so please use a debit card from a traditional bank for now.
