Why has my payment failed?

Payment failures can happen for several reasons, depending on the deposit or withdrawal method you use.

This guide explains common error messages and how to resolve them.

Deposit not working? Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them

  • Declined by card issuers
If your debit card deposit is declined with this message, you’ll need to contact your payment provider for more details.

  • Exceeded Deposit Limits
If you see “You have exceeded your deposit limits for today,” it means you’ve reached your daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Reduce the amount you want to deposit to stay within your set limits.
