Can I use someone else's card to deposit?
No, for security and compliance reasons, you can only deposit and withdraw using payment methods that belong to you.
This includes cards, bank accounts, and any other payment options linked to your name.
You must be the account holder for any payment method you use.
This rule applies to joint accounts and business/company cards as well.
What happens if you use a third-party payment method?
Using someone else’s card or account can lead to:
Your account and/or card being blocked.
A request from our Security Team for documentation to verify the card or account.
Further details will be sent to your registered email address if this occurs.
Tip: If you’re unsure which cards are linked to your account, check under Manage Payments on My Account:
Click on My Account from the top menu.
2. Tap on Manage Payments.
3. Here you’ll be able to see all the payment methods you have registered.
You can update them or delete any you no longer use.
Why doesn't my card number match the one shown on my transaction history?
When you look at previous deposits or withdrawals in your transaction history, you might notice that only the last four digits match your debit card.
Why does this happen?
Security purposes:
We hide most of your card number to keep your details safe. Only the last four digits are shown, and the rest are protected so your full card number is never visible.Your funds are safe:
This does not mean your money has gone elsewhere. It’s simply a security measure.
