Dormant Accounts

What happens if your account becomes Dormant?

1. If your balance is £0

  • Your account will be restricted.

  • No fees will be charged.

2. If your account has money in it

  • We will try to contact you (using the details on your account).

  • We will also try to return your balance to your last used payment method (if possible).

If you still do not use your account within 30 days after we contact you, we may begin charging a Dormant Account Administration Fee of £5 per month.

Marketing messages

If your account is Dormant, you may still receive marketing (if you are opted in). You can log in at any time to change your marketing preferences.

After 5 years of inactivity

If your account remains Dormant for 5 years from your last transaction, your account will be anonymised and any remaining balance will be moved for internal accounting purposes. You can still request your funds at any time, and we will guide you on how to get them back.

Exceptions

We may not return your balance if other sections of our Terms require us to hold funds (e.g., for security or verification reasons) or if the amount is below the minimum withdrawal limit. You can see the min and max withdrawal information here.
