Chat Hosts (CH) play a selection of chat games in the chat rooms throughout the day. "Chat Games" are games that you can play during bingo to win Free Bingo Tickets. They give you more chances to win and meet other players.

The CHs decide which games to play and when. They ensure all chat games are played fairly and there is no discrimination. Remember that our Chat Host's decision on the outcome of a chat game is, at all times, final.
Winnings from chat games played will be credited within 1 hour to your account by the Chat Host.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily from 25.03.2024 until further notice. (the “Promotional Period”).
WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION
This Promotion is available to customers of www.heartbingo.co.uk (the “Website”) who:
are over 18 years old
are located in the UK
have a verified Website account that is eligible to receive Bingo Bonuses and Free Bingo Tickets; and do not access the Website from a restricted country.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PROMOTION
To participate in this Promotion each Eligible Player must enter the Bingo chat room during the Promotional Period and be inside the Bingo chat room when the Chat Game starts.
Chat Games will start at random days/times during the Promotional Period.
To participate, Eligible Players must have purchased 1 Bingo ticket for the Bingo Game taking place during the Chat Game.
The number of winning positions and the specific Chat Game rules will be announced by the Chat Host prior to the Chat Game starting.
The Chat Host will announce what reward the Chat Game will be played for. Rewards include Free Bingo Tickets.
Eligible Players can win up to a maximum of 6 Chat Games within a 24-hour period.
FREE BINGO TICKET SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligible Players who have won Free Bingo Tickets after participating in a Chat game will be credited 3 Free Bingo Tickets within 1 hour after the game has finished.
The Free Bingo Tickets are valued between £0.01 and £0.10 and can only be used and can only be used on Heart Bonanza Bingo room.
The Free Bingo Tickets are non-withdrawable.
The Free Bingo Tickets will be valid for 3 days from the day of credit. After 3 days they will expire and will not be re-issued.
Any winnings from the Free Bingo Tickets will be credited to the Eligible Player’s account in cash. There are no wagering requirements to the winnings obtained from the Free Bingo Tickets.
OTHER TERMS

Customers can withdraw their real cash balance at any time without it affecting the qualification, award, prize or wagering for this promotion.
If you are successful in winning bingo tickets, you may be required to provide documentation to verify your identity including any of the following: (i) an in-date passport; (ii) an in-date driving licence; (iii) an in-date national identity card; (iv) a utility bill (from the last 3 months); (v) a bank statement (from the last 3 months); and/or (vi) a photo of you holding up your passport, driving licence and/or national identity card. Where a customer becomes restricted from playing on their Heart Bingo account, they will still be entitled to complete any wagering required, or use any outstanding bonus funds awarded, as part of this promotion by contacting customer services.
If there any reason to believe there has been a breach of these terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude the customer from participating in the promotion.
If you have already met the qualifying criteria for any promotion, then you may be entitled to participate in that promotion (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in the promotional terms or in these terms) and you will be entitled to any winnings associated with that promotion. However, you will not be permitted to participate in any future promotions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond the Promoter reasonable control or a condition of a prize. In such cases where participation has already taken place, the Promoter may substitute the reward for something of equal or greater value.
