I have had a Failed Withdrawal

At times your withdrawal may be rejected by your payment provider and the funds will be returned to your account. We will message you to tell you about this.

To ensure your withdrawal is successful, you will need to add your bank account details by selecting the bank transfer option in your withdrawal section of your account settings.

All payment methods available to you will be shown here

Select Bank Transfer and add the following information:

· bank name

· account holder's name (payee)

· bank account number

· bank sort code

Once you have entered these details you can withdraw the funds again yourself. It will be processed as a bank transfer and may take 1-3 working days to reach your bank account.
