Why does the bingo lobby look different?
On the 27th January we moved to a different bingo network which is why the lobby has a new look.
Can I keep my old bingo nickname?
All existing bingo nicknames will be uploaded to the new network on Monday 27th January, as long as no one else has the same nickname as you then you keep the same name.
What are the features of the new bingo product?

What are the new bingo rooms called?
Our main Bingo room is called the Feel-Good Bingo and most free tickets will be rewarded into this room. Our Value Room is called Penny Hits where tickets start from as little as 1p. We also have a fantastic 70 Ball room called Vibe with 75 and an 80 Ball room call Disco 80. Furthermore, you can find Bingo versions of your favourite Slot games so Deal or No Deal Bingo and Fluffy Favourites Bingo. Where can I see my bonuses
Bonus funds and free ticket allocations can be found by clicking on your profile icon and selecting Bonus Centre from the drop-down menu.
How do I use free bingo tickets?
Once you have been awarded bingo tickets you will receive a message to accept. Within the bingo room you can switch between using cash or free tickets to purchase your next tickets.
Then select how many you would like to use. You will then receive a purchase confirmation message.

How do I prebuy tickets?
Currently, you are only able to prebuy bingo tickets from a mobile device within the main bingo lobby area.
Are there any changes to free bingo tickets?
Tickets are no longer rewarded to be used on a specific bingo room but are now credited across a specific room variant, therefore if you receive tickets for 90 Ball Bingo, they can be used in any 90 Ball Bingo room and 75 ball tickets can be used across any 75 Ball Bingo room.
What happens to tickets I have already pre-bought?
Any tickets pre-bought for games before the 10th February will be playable within our old Bingo lobby. Any tickets bought for games due to play after that date will be refunded.
Will you still have Free Bingo at the weekends?
Yes, our Free Bingo Room will run every day until Monday 10th February, and after that it will run every Saturday and Sunday between midday and midnight.
