Is my Heart Bingo account secure?
Is my Heart Bingo account secure?
Updated over 2 months ago

Heart Bingo recognise that online security is an area of vital importance to all its customers and no stone is left unturned in our search to make your betting experience as safe and secure as possible.

Our internet service operates a raft of security measures including fully encrypted data transfer and multiple redundant servers to ensure that all customer funds and personal details are stringently protected.

You can further enhance the security of your account by enabling Two Factor Authentication. With 2-step verification (also known as 2FA), even if your account passwords have been stolen or compromised, add a second security layer that only you will have and know.

Enabling 2FA only takes a few moments, and we recommend enabling it to increase your account security.

We would also recommend to log out after every session and to keep your log in details to yourself.

If you are logged in to your account go to My Account then settings and you can enable/disable your 2fa settings yourself. If not you will need to come onto our messaging service.

Once on the messaging service, we would need you to send in a selfie holding your ID card and a handwritten note saying:

"(todays date) I "John Doe" confirm that I no longer able to use my 2-factor authentication because (reason for removal) and I am in direct communication with (agent name) at Heart Bingo Support."
