Your account cannot be opened until your requested time period for self exclusion has passed. The time periods we offer for self exclusion are 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and 5 years.

In order to reopen your account following completion of the self exclusion period, please contact us via Live Chat or email.

In line with responsible gambing requirements, we will require a telephone call from you to request reopening your account; once we receive this call, there will be a cooling-off period of 24 hours. After the 24-hour period is complete, we may re-open your account.

If at any point you feel you are struggling to maintain your account and spending too much money/time gambling, we suggest you self-exclude your account again.
